As promised, I want to share with you things I’ve found to celebrate the the art of living through creativity. I’ve learned most of these things from others who generously shared their invaluable experience. They’ve helped me SO MUCH, I want to pay it forward.

Here’s a great one I use and am living the results…

Creating My Ideal Life

This chart will be available for download at the end of the post.

Here’s what you do after you download:

1.) Consider each section

Write what you want in your ideal life in each category.

Answer each section the best you can at this time.

2.) Read your chart regularly.

For the most impact, you’ll want to look over your chart regularly. I find that reviewing it at the beginning or end of the month is a great ritual and easier to remember. Think of it as a monthly map check to see if you’re heading in your chosen direction or if you should redirect anything.

You may find that your ideals become more clear or change as time goes on. This is great! It means you are really thinking about what is important in all aspects of your life instead of letting something or someone else decide what’s important in your life.

Write down any additions or revisions as they come up. (You can always print a new chart.)

Your energy follows your focus.

You can choose your focus rather than let circumstances or society dictate it. You expend lots of valuable energy every day. Where do you want it to go?

I’ve found The Ideal Life chart a simple but extremely valuable tool!

WARNING: You may find that your ideal life is very different than what others find ideal… and yet you are wildly and joyfully and alive!
